Epps suit against Fox days he was informed by the DoJ in May 2023 they would be bringing charges against him. Let us rejoice in yet another insurrectionist being brought to justice.

Anyone that has spent years talking about INSURRECTIONISTS while also dismissing the videos of Epps out themselves as unserious. But, we already knew that for years on these clowns.
 
I don't think anyone disputes that Epps urged other people into the capitol. He should definitely be charged.

The lawsuit is about soemthing else, which some of y'all no long seem so eager to talk about. That's how it goes.

You do have an interesting (but at least consistent) track record of saying bring it on with respect to such lawsuits. I have fond memories of you arguing if the various crackpot election theft theories you were espousing were not true why haven't Dominium or Smartmatic sued Fox. The good old days!

If you still can't figure out that something is wrong with the whole Ray Epps story you need put down your MSM sources and try some critical thinking on your own.
