pretty good poll for DeSantis considering it is the home state of Scott and Haley.
 
I view any poll with Trump under 50% as bad for him. If he isn't someone's first choice he probably aren't his second, third of fourth. Clearly some would break for Trump as seen by the head to head poll but the margin of victory seems to be shrinking.
 
One thing I have seen with polling for the Dems is there is a solid 20% who want any Dem but Biden. If given the option between any Dem and Biden 20% will take the other. That tells me Republicans could easily win in 2024 if they don't nominate someone that motivates the Dems that don't like Biden to vote for him. I ain't a Democrat but I am in that same boat. If Reps nominate a non crazy person I would vote for them or third party depending on their stance on legalization. Anyone who would pardon Trump guarantees I vote for Biden.

As of now, it appears far more likely that Dems are pushing voters TO Trump than away from him. They can dress it up how they want, but DOJ drumming up a bunch of weak charges just screams of partisan bias and election interference. The MAGA base will dig their heels in harder and encourage them to vote even more. Biden's base support is falling every day the worse that the economy gets, so if Dems are banking on Joe Biden's campaign essentially being "Well, I'm not Trump", like they did in 2020, they are going to be sorely disappointed, imo.
 
Most Dems want Trump to be the nominee because they believe he will be easier to beat. Or lest we forget Trump has never reached 47% of the voters and only ever got to be President based on a technicality. The majority of American voters have rejected him twice by over 10 million votes over his two runs.

What some people don't understand is that Maricopa isn't even fighting most of this. They are saying that it did happen but it wasn't done intentionally so it's all good because of state law. The judges have agreed.

When the ballots came to Runbeck they ended up with 35,000 more ballots than what Maricopa says there were. Three employees at Runbeck testified under oath that ballots were being added there. When asked where the chain of custody for all of this was Maricopa said they didn't have any. The judge ruled there is no proof of anything being intentionally done deceitful. It's pretty damn comical at this point.

I agree it is much preferable of our country for Trump to lose in the primary... RDS destroy Biden... RDS pardon trump and all jan 6ers... RDS do what trump failed to do and start taking a hatchet to the swamp.

Of course the same communist deep state who's attacking trump today will do the same to RDS... I hope and expect RDS is much more prepared and competent enough to handle it
 
All RDS has to do is listen to his lawyers when they tell him something isnt legal and he will be fine. White House council told him his scheme to overturn the election was illegal. He ignored them. His original lawyer in the documents case told him to return the documents. He ignored them. Now he claims to be a victim.

not censorship...just tweaking the tax laws to remove an unfair benefit

doesn't matter what any of us think...the courts will decide...but i do have a view about which party is likely to prevail

Biden won by narrowly pulling 2-3 states that are traditional Red states. Those states are now trending Red based on recent polls and Trump is still neck and neck in almost every poll. Top that off with the fact that his approval rating remains really poor.

Sorry I don't believe that. I think the only Candidates that appeal to enough voters are Trump and RDS. May be Ramaswamy, but I honestly don't think the old, white conservatives would vote for someone who's religion is Hindu.
