Trump Indictment Watch

I feel like we are just doing the narcissits prayer over and over here.

He didnt do it

But if he did do it theres nothing wrong with it

If it was wrong then it wasnt that big of deal

If it is a big deal it wasnt his fault

If it was his fault he didnt mean it

If he did mean it then he was justified to do it.

Trump is leading the whole GOP machine down a dead end street that everyone in the GOP knows is a dead end street. They know it's a dead end because they've been down it with him before.

Donald Trump has bonkers midnight meltdown
-Bill Palmer

Donald Trump sure does love portraying himself as a victim while functioning as the villain. Unfortunately for him, this tired act is not going to help him one bit when it comes to dealing with the criminal justice system. Trump finally seems to figuring out that he has no way out of this, and that the tactics he’s been employing for the past seventy years are now backfiring on him.

After his recent threatening social media posts, the DOJ filed for a protective order, and the judge forced Trump to file a response on Monday, it appeared to hit Trump that he’s merely cutting off his own voice. By around midnight he was so enraged that he ended up posting this: “Thug Prosecutor, Deranged Jack Smith, to file for a Court Order taking away my first amendment rights, SPEECH. So, based on yet another Radical Left Hoax, I’ll be the only “Politician” in American history not allowed to SPEAK.”

Trump is wrong about that. Prisoners have run for President before. Eugene Debs did it a century ago. “Tiger King” Joe Exotic is doing it right now. Filing to run for office doesn’t give prisoners the right to go out and campaign. And while Trump isn’t a prisoner yet, he’s awaiting trial on numerous felony charges. So no, he doesn’t get to go out and “campaign” however he likes – particularly when his version of “campaigning” consists of threatening people and trying to intimidate witnesses.

Donald Trump can rant and wave and whine and cry all he wants. It’s not going to keep the criminal justice system from taking away his privileges as needed until his trial, and taking away his freedom after he’s convicted. Eventually Trump will just be shouting these things at his prison cell wall.

The indictments in Fulton County could be more chilling , if possible, than DC, Fla. or NY.

Up to 20 individuals could be named.- susceptable to RICO statutes.

Trump has called for protests in the streets that have yet to materialize..

DA Willis has no ties to DC.
The line of argument of (D) witch hunt will have no bearing

Doesn't matter. None of this silliness will stand the test of time.

LOL. 3 ambiguous phrases in 2 short sentences. Very impressive.

But laws and crimes DO matter -- "the long arm of the law" and all that.

I don't see many people of any persuasion laughing at the indictments.

"The test of time" is already showing itself. Trump and his brazen lies and grifting of the GOP and the American electorate will only become more obvious and in focus as time goes on, as more people speak out and as more evidence is revealed. His Supreme Court allies have already shown that they will not cover for him.

Why is the J6 committee deleting documents? Could it be they know and were in on the fedsurrection?

From a self admitted troll I don’t think you get the credibility to criticize his ambiguous phrases

Trump used to be a big fan of indicting his political opponents during an election campaign. This was 26 days before the election. And I got a whole lot more.

I like what the Judge told Trump. Inflammatory attacks on the court will result in her moving up the trial date. That's the one thing that will get to him because his while legal strategy is to try and push the trials back until after the election so he can pardon himself if he wins to avoid the convictions.

An Atlanta-area prosecutor investigating whether former president Donald Trump and his associates broke the law when they sought to overturn Trump’s 2020 election loss in Georgia is expected to begin presenting her case before a grand jury early next week.

Geoff Duncan, the former lieutenant governor of Georgia who was subpoenaed as a potential witness, confirmed Saturday that he will give closed-door testimony to a grand jury after he was subpoenaed to testify at the Fulton County Courthouse on Tuesday.

“I look forward to answering their questions around the 2020 election,” Duncan wrote on Twitter. “Republicans should never let honesty be mistaken for weakness.”

Duncan also said on CNN earlier Saturday that he did not want to compromise the investigation by revealing what he would say, but said he was ready to testify.

“I will certainly answer any questions put in front of me,” Duncan said in the interview. "Let’s hear the truth and nothing but the truth about Donald Trump’s actions and the surrounding cast of characters around him.”

In anticipation of charges in Georgia, Trump has intensified his attacks on Willis, the first Black woman elected as district attorney in Fulton County.

Trump’s 2024 campaign has been airing a video that directly attacks her, Smith and other prosecutors. The campaign has reportedly reserved airtime to air the ad in Atlanta, according to Medium Buying. The spot claims Willis “got caught hiding a relationship with a gang member she was prosecuting” — a baseless allegation Trump later escalated in an Aug. 8 campaign appearance in New Hampshire.

“They say there’s a young woman — a young racist in Atlanta — they say she was after a certain gang, and she ended up having an affair with the head of the gang or a gang member,” Trump said. “And this is a person who wants to indict me … for a perfect phone call.”

I wonder how much of Trump's money Michael Cohen is going to end up with. Trump's $500 lawsuit isn't going well. Trump doesn't want to testify.
