They will only have to prove that a reasonable person would have known based on the evidence provided to them. Unless Trump wants to argue he is so retarded he isnt capable of understanding basic logic. All the people he refused to believe he lost are the same people he believed when they told him he won. The "I am retarded" defense aint gonna cut it when the person was President.

Trump claims publicly he has all the evidence needed to exonerate himself and then in court says he needs 2.5 years. Trump can waive his right to a speedy trial but there is no constitutional right to a delayed trial.

What is the average timeline of a case this size and time frame for the trial to be executed and finished ?

You show me one person who was indicted for the crimes Trump has that didnt take a mugshot, wasnt handcuffed, and had to pay no bail. Trump claims he has all the evidence he needs to exonerate himself. He is a self professed Billionaire able to afford the best and brightest law firms the country has to offer. He says he is the leading candidate by far in the 2024 election so by his own admission a April 2026 trial date wont work becaues he would be President according to him. If Trump was working with public defenders he would have an argument. He says his case is so easy to win he doesnt even need to hire top law firms who, according to him, are begging to work on his case.

Paul Manafort was arrested in October 2017 on 18 counts including Conspiracy against the US and his trial started July 2018 and he didnt have close to the resources Trump has.

I dont know of any way to find the average of these types of cases but Trump claims he has all the evidence need to exonerate himself now. All these other cases arent billionaires with nearly infinite resources. If he was being defended by a public defender or just one attorney I would see your point. He can hire multiple law firms if need be. Heck, he aint even stared using his own money.

Do you know if they brought in seasoned auditors from any big 4 firms they would laugh at 'recounts' right?

And that still isn't the bar that needs to be cleared by the prosecution and you know it. Be prepared for this BS to be thrown out of court.

Some court cases take 5+ years to be heard and you know it.

When you present a BS Rico case against 10+ defendants you better believe it would normally take years.

I thought we were talking about the Jack Smith Jan 6 trial. The RICO trial I admit can be complicated and could take a while. Most trials that take a while are because the defendent has to waive their right to a speedy trial to get a public defender.

Theres 11 million pages in discovery. So that evidence. Trump brought in a Berkley research group to analyze the election for fraud. They told him his claims were BS. Trump had a highly partisan Cyber Ninjas group looking for everything including bamboo fibers and all they found was more votes for Joe Biden. All these things are going to add up where people he trusted and hired all told him his claims were BS. All thats left after all thats presented is the "I am a delusional narcissist incapable of believing I lost" which isnt going to fly. Sticking your fingers in your ears and going "nananananananan" whenever someone tells you the truth isnt going to make people believe he wasnt lying.

I can't help the fact that you don't understand what a true audit looks like.

There was never existence testing and that is all that matters.
 
Theres never been the testing you claim to want in any election. And there wont ever be even if Trump wins in 2024. You are just asking for things you know wont happen to use as an excuse. Even states with a Republican supermajority arent doing what you claim is an audit.

No, I'm asking for procedures that will clearly show that millions of fake ballots were injected into the system. There is a reason the DOJ threatened American citizens attempting to do canvassing in Arizona.
