It was soft contact right at the SS, breaking back to second was at least defensible. Not nearly deep enough to score after breaking back to second... especially since Arcia is 15th percentile sprint speed. Absolutely diabolical decision to send.

Feels like AA will announce another 1 and 1 extent with Morton here soon. Picking up his option and giving him another 1 year option for ‘25.

For almost half the price of Scherzer and Verlander and he’s still throwing 96, with good spin rates. Seems like a no brainer.
