We also have Wright back next year, with Soroka for 2 more years with AA playing the clock game. So you'd have Fried/Morton/Elder/Soroka/Wright/Strider for 5 spots. Maybe AA sells high on Elder this winter? But food for thought, also have Waldrep coming up quick with AJSS, etc.

AA could play games with the DL, go with a 6 man rotation until there's the inevitable injury, use one of that group as a long reliever and spot starter, etc. I'd actually be disappointed in AA if he went into spring training with ONLY 5 starters.
