2024 Field

Because without a coordinated RNC winning an election is almost impossible. I wish we had better players in DC but you can only play with the players on the field.

But she has been a complete failure... There was a chance to replace her, but the leader of the party whipped voted not to do so.

At some point he takes responsibility of continuing to undermine his electoral chances with his horrific personnel choices

There is no excuse that she is still the chair. Absolutely none. But all we do is reward failure

Absolutely everything needs to be blown up. DC stopped working decades ago. Well working for the American people that is...

Harmeet Dillon was not going to win that vote - I wish it weren't the case but Ronna had too much support.

But if you're telling me that Trump is that persausive then it seems like you're making an argument that he should be president because of those attributes.

These are the moments that foretell a future President.

2028 BABY! Make it happen. TRUE MAGA!

The argument I'm making is his personnel judgement is horrific, he continues to lead over a useless and chaotic party, and we have no strategy to actually win anything. All of this is a symptom of the leadership

But they got something out of the process. Its a shame people promise things and then knife the American people the first chance they get.

Can you imagine booing criticizing how DC politicians grovel to their special interests?

This video will be part of the rallying cry for Americans for quite some time.

I think it's fair to wonder if Gaetz is doing this out of principle or out of his own self-interest. Immediately using this to start raising money is an odd move, especially considering he's not interested in the role. We all know he wants to run for Gov of Fl.

I just want to know what his plan is. Throwing a grenade in the system without a plan for what's next is why we keep losing

Gaetz led the charge to establish rules that would have made McCarthys speakership fantastic. Was he operating out of his own self-interest then?

What Gaetz showed was that he is a man of true conviction and held McCarthy accountable for the promises he broke.

OK that's fine... and I support that.

But what's next? Assuming that MAGA/GOP don't agree... the next speaker will require Dem votes. That will mean they make concessions with Dems.

We simply don't have a huge majority for any leverage here.

Its not going to be pretty but the country is ****ed right now. We have a Marxist party that is in lockstep to the destroy the country and we have another party where 90% of the elected representatives don't serve the interest of their constituency. The 2024 election will illuminate the fate of hte country.

It’s certainly a fair question. Interesting to see Massie and Amash come down on different sides of the McCarthy ouster.

the marxist party just sided 100% with Gaetz.

I don't think they do that if they think this move helps Republicans

Appears to me Massie is taking the practical approach - "McCarthy isn't good but he's been better than the previous, and the next alternative is very likely to get worse."

Amash is taking the purist approach as he often does... "McCarthy isn't good so we need to remove him and get a good speaker"

I don't care about helping this version of the Republican party that approves unlimited funding to Ukraine while our border continues to be porous and we have a 'President' that is completely compromised by our enemies and we can't get real impeachment proceedings started.

The ONLY way this works to save the country is the party is burned down and a new one that actually represents the will of the American people rises from the ashes.

Did you actually think this thing wasn't going to get worse before it got better?

I was hoping that 7 years+ of Trump and MAGA would have given us better results than it has. Sounds like a rebuild is needed and a new GM/Manager

The results are that the people are now awake and now the true rebuilding can't take place.

That's great. But your support of Trump makes no sense then.

When he was President, he had ultimate veto power. He never used it. He signed every major spending bill that was put on his desk.

This is simply a reality.

This is simply a reality.

And he spoke to real issues that actually impacted Americans like the border. AND - He presided over one of the most peaceful periods the world has seen in decades.

His massive spending was primarily tied to COVID so blame him all you want. Thats your decision.

The amount Trump running ahead of the McCormick - Yikes

No other R candidate has a chance of winning the rust belt (Western PA is most certainly part of the rust belt).
