GDT: 19 July 2013: Braves at White Sox

Stating the obvious here, but Brian McCann is just a really good hitter. He's scuffled along playing hurt often enough these last couple of years that it's almost easy to forget just how darned talented he is..
 
If Bochy had jsut put McCann in the game after the baserunner got on in the 9th, McCann could've hit a 3-run homerun with 1 runner on base to tie the game. Silly Bruce.
 
Sometimes Huddy stuff looks as good as it did when he was 30. It just isn't there consistently every start.
 
when we go back to a 7 man bullpen, probably next week, a position player has to go down. How bout we just cut Reed? He really does nothing for me. I know, the other guys have options, but Costanza is better than Reed at basically everything. Johnson has no power and whiffs 25% of his AB's.

I have a feeling Reed will be traded soon and have tailsman hold the fort till Schafer is healthy.
 
Storms are on the north side of Chicago now. I'm not sure where the ballpark is though.
