I don't know why anyone would want the speaker job. The crazies on the right make unreasonable demands and treat the speaker as the whipping boy if they don't do it. It's much easier to appeal to the MAGA voters in a position like Gates where you can just talk tough and blame others for not doing what the crazies want. If they had their way we would be on the 100th impeachment of Biden.
 
The biggest problem is the perception gap between what House members think the Speaker’s role should be and what the Speaker’s role actually should be.

Better get to know Hakeem Jeffries. There are a number of (R) House members from districts that voted Biden
and Jeffries has 212 in his pocket

I certainly don't think it should be censored, in fact the opposite. It should be amplified to the 100x degree.
 
My favorite is the dude who got everything wrong on covid, has banned himself from any discussion of it anymore, taking pot shots at someone for being pretty much correct
