Got together as kids (19) - Grew apart. Mostly split amicably although it was definitely initiated from her side. Fortunately we didn't have children together. At the time thought it was the worst thing that could ever happen. Ended up being the best thing as I now have everything I've ever dreamed of in life.

Portland is a dope city. It's a bit far from me for a regular trip (Boston is almost closer to me) but when I've been I've had a great time. Usually it's only for like one day because of some event. But it's got a good food scene good beer scene. I have enjoyed my time there. Mentioning it makes me want to go to Crispy Gai now. As I adore their thai fried chickenj with crispy shallots.
