GDT 7-29: Braves at Royals Game 2

Total butchery on defense by Profar costing us two runs. Now it's starting to look like we're playing the Yankees or Giants or Rangers again.

Edit: make that three runs and counting.
 
Man I am sort of liking the idea of trading for eligible draft picks. But are next year comp picks even eligible right now since we don’t really even know who is getting comp picks yet.
 
This is the sorriest excuse of a ball team I have ever seen. From the FO to the field, every damn one of them owes us an apology for stinking this bad. I don't want to hear about the starting pitching injuries either. They couldn't stay above .500 either way.
 
The announcers talking about how bad Hill looked yesterday. It will be amusing when he’s pitching for the Braves next week.

Because it is piss poor effort from everybody involved and that is inexcusable. And until that draft pick is a cornerstone of the big league roster it may be a wasted pick.
