What you and maga have failed to appreciate is the extent to which immigrants (both legal and undocumented, both highly and less skilled) complement native-born American workers, and the extent to which their entrepreneurial chops (in both grand and modest endeavors) help create growth and jobs for all Americans. We don't take away jobs. We make the pie bigger for everyone. That's the thang y'all have missed. Now y'all will have to live with the consequences. Higher unemployment (for native born workers), less entrepreneurial energy, less innovation, less growth, more boring food. Bon appetit.

Look at Trump kicking illegals off unemployment and replacing them with AMerican Citizens. WE need more native born americans collecting unemployment.
Ok - except for those low skilled American laborers that can’t find work. It’s great for us high skilled labor class though that’s for sure!

Regardless of your position on government waste, it’s not a good thing if a bunch of fed workers aren’t finding jobs because they’ll just wind up back on the government payroll in a different entirely different way
And if they are able bodied they still will have to work and be productive due to OBBB.
They'll be plenty of opportunities as the illegal population self-deports.
This is a massive restructuring of the US economy and its intertwined with his immigration policy.

What’s wrong with getting an honest working day salary? Maybe you don’t have exposure to it but these workers already are making 250-400 per day at depressed wages.
People should be so lucky to make that money.
