1) Declining population is a sign of bad government policies unless it is going on in red areas (in which case it is just a natural thang that we can't do anything about)
2) Violent crime is bad but not as bad if it has features of violent crime (kin on kin) that are more common in red areas

We have more of the poors and white flight to East Nassau and Suffolk has been a thing for decades.
Fortunately for those that have the money and will to be closer to the city enjoy world class secluded communities and amenities that are just swell

Wouldn't him running a great city in the ground help push NY more to the right? I would think if his term goes as expected, it would prevent the next communist from winning on a state level.
When you don’t control how the votes are issued and counted there is nothing thst can be done. Deblasio was a train wreck and kept winning.
