Former first lady Michelle Obama said in a conversation published to her YouTube page Friday that the country is not ready for a woman president, adding that the U.S. has “a lot of growing up to do.”
“As we saw in this past election, sadly, we ain’t ready,” Obama said. “That’s why I’m like, don’t even look at me about running, because you all are lying. You’re not ready for a woman. You are not.”

Yeah, while some people wouldn't vote for Kamala, but it's clearly the reality is no one wanted Kamala. I still conjecture if Biden stepped down instead of running and there was a proper primary the dems win the presidency while losing the hosue and senate because people don't like trump.

In 2016, the female candidate received nearly three million more votes than the male candidate…a curious result in a country “not ready” to elect a woman.

Impossible. I’ve been assured that DEI isn’t about discriminating against white men, and that it’s much harder for women and minorities to get ahead.

I agree with her about the right to exist authentically. I doubt we would agree on the definition though.
