I must be living dangerously: I spend time in the French quarter, downtown Denver, and 3-4 large cities every year. While I know they're all supposedly dangerous, I've never really felt threatened. I do get in by 10-11 at night

City centers before midnight above ground are still safe to visit and have a night out.

I don't think he should go to jail, I think he should be forced to live without internet for a year and spend a mandatory 4 hours outside every day.
