    Remember that the run you speak of should have started with the Pirates. I mean we threw the towel in on Friday before the game started by letting Kerr start but still it is concerning to lose this series.

    Its the Curse of the Freddito. If you had told me in November of 2021 that the Braves would only win one title in the window, I would have laughed but I expect it now. But the decision to not keep the core together always bites championship teams.

    At this point catching them is going to come down to the head-to-head plus the next 11 games. We have to deal with PIT, WSH, and OAK how they have dealt with lesser competition to have any shot.
