I don't buy this at all. Moving Ozuna and Iggy would have zero impact on fan interest. Ozuna barely plays and Iggy is absolutely awful. That excuse might hold up for Murphy but not for the expiring contracts. This is AA non-feasance plain and simple.

AA has made one significant move in the last year, and that move got immediately suspended for roiding. You can't have a successful franchise with that level of inaction by the GM. AA needs to go.

If we let the deadline pass without getting something for the expiring contracts then I'll have no defense of AA anymore. You could defend off-season inaction based on resetting the tax. That's not a consideration here

Yeah, the talent was never the question. The question was, and remains, attitude. The support for him could erode very quick if he displays some of the behavior he did at Tennessee. Missing practices or taking plays off will take the shine off him real quick.
