I think this was mentioned earlier in the thread, but I listened to a podcast with Garrett Spain the other day and he basically said the Braves have instructed AJSS and Waldrep to not use their best pitches in order to develop other pitches. If that's true, it helps explain the struggles of AJSS...

I don't think we'd be doing Waldrep any favors by calling him up now. Elder is fine for now.

Harris has a 98 wRC+ against lefties this season, and Heredia has a 101 wRC+ in his career versus lefties. So yeah, I don't really see the point in platooning Harris.
