There was a problem with Heyward. He was not producing as I thought and a lot of folks thought he should be. He was extremely stubborn in not making adjustments at the plate as he needed to do. And I believe he would have never signed a long term deal with the Braves if a large city team...

I agree. I don't think the Braves do anything without JS' approval. That being said....he's not going anywhere...and you can't fire the players.

The way to fix it is to change the team approach at the plate. Free swinging at all times is not working. We need guys that can bunt, put the ball in play, hit behind runners, hustle every single minute, and most of all...we need guys that stop thinking about HRs. Those home run swings in...

Freddie is having some horrible at bats. I forget which one it was, but he was 3-1, and then hit a ground ball off a pitch a couple of inches above the ground. Now, if I'm a serious hitter, than pitch doesn't even warrant a look at 3-1. I feel like, either, they are not listening at all to...

The Braves have no plan at the plate...and lack basic fundamentals in their hitting game. Sadly, they live by the HR.

I don't think I've ever seen a hitter end up in the opposite batter's box on every swing. Isn't anyone in that dugout concerned at all about his fundamentals at the plate? It's getting to be ridiculous.

This team has zero fundamentals. CJ should stand even farther away from the bag next time. Good grief.
