The Falcons defensive problems go beyond personnel. You could sign your D-line off practice squads and a competent defensive staff would still get more than 6 sacks in 8 games. There are 8 players around the league with more sacks than the entire Falcons team.

The SEC "penalized" Texas. It was such a weak penalty that it was in truth a ringing endorsement of thee Texas fans behavior. A $250K fine (Snapple money to Texas) and a requirement that they identify people who threw objects...and ban them...for the rest of the season. This was a laughably...

The defense has way too little pass rush to lean as hard into bend don't break as they do. In order to effectively use a bend don't break, you have to get some pressure on the QB from your defensive front. If they can't generate pressure, the QB will find an open man. The Falcons are epically...

Falcons got outplayed today and badly out coached. Morris has gotten schooled in each Falcons loss. He had no answers on either side of the ball.

Half or more of the PI calls are suspect. Once you've announced it just spot the ball and play on. If it was up to me I'd make throwing trash on the field a 15 yard penalty to the offending team and it could be enforced either before the previous snap or after the play. So if you don't like a...

Difference was you didn't have fans throw garbage on the field causing the delay during which the refs confered. That's what was so crazy. The fans throwing trash led directly to the call change.

Pretty much. Refs didn't confer until the delay to clean up the field. Without the trash the next play is run without a change. Even the Texas safety who was initially called admitted the call isn't changed without the delay. Horrible precedent set.

And let's not forget the should have been safety where the Georgia defender has his jersey stretched out two feet beind him on a hold while the QB had the ball in the end zone. That's one where there's no logical explanation for an innocent miss.

And I don't care if Kirby swore on a stack of Bibles that it wasn't PI, there's no way the refs should have picked up the flag after Texas fans threw trash on the field. The message there is if you throw stuff at the players, you might get what you want. I've never seen a flag picked up like...

PI is a debatable call 90% of the time. There were worse calls in this game, much less ever. The TD was completely clear. The first view showed it 100%. Ultimately the refs kept the game close which is all they were asked to do. Still, UGA went into Austin and upset Texas by 15 and were...

Refs doing everything they can to keep the UGA-Texas game close. Picking up a flag after fans throw bottles onto the field and delay the game was shocking. Then calling a clear TD by UGA short and letting it stand on reply was laughable. Anything for ratings.

Handyman stuff is the first thing that came to my mind too. I can do small stuff like replace light fixtures, minor plumbing, drywall repair, etc. But there are so many projects I want to do but don't trust myself on. I've also had a very hard time finding a handyman that's competent and...

My main objections to Morris are based on him not exactly being an innovative, genius Xs and Os coach. Most of your elite NFL coaches (Reid, Shanahan, McVay, etc) are top notch designing and calling plays for one side of the ball or the other. Morris is pedestrian in that department. I see his...

I really am starting to wonder just how bad the Falcons coaching staff was the last 3 years. It's almost like some of these Falcons former high draft picks are getting real NFL coaching for the first time. I honestly think Arthur Smith was really, really bad in some key areas and developing...

London is finally being used as a slow possession receiver with incredible catching ability should be used. High volume, short pass chain mover and red zone target. The fact that we're outside the 18 month exclusivity period makes things interesting. Under US Bankruptcy law, when a corporation files Chapter 11 you can have an"debtor in possession" situation. Basically the existing leadership gets to stay in charge of the company and try to work out a plan...

The US has very debtor friendly bankruptcy law. Some of the most debtor friendly in the world. The ability to repudiate unfavorable contracts and reaffirm favorable ones is a big part of that. It's used by large corporations and poor individuals alike.
