According to this logic the only good move a gm can make is acquiring a player below market rate… while he is competing with 29 other gms. I‘m just curious which gm out there is actually doing a good/great job in your opinion?

i live in germany and i've signed up for mlb.tv for the last several years but it's just not worth the money for me since 90% percent of the games start after 1 am and unfortunately i'm not in college anymore :-) so i'm looking for a cheaper alternative. any ideas?

I realize that player's salaries are getting ridiculous and inflation plays a significant role here but 25 mil a year is still payed to premium players and eventhough I loved having Jason on the team he simply hasn't put up the premium offensive numbers that warrant that type of cash.
