Creepy Lurking Stalker
i live in germany and i've signed up for mlb.tv for the last several years but it's just not worth the money for me since 90% percent of the games start after 1 am and unfortunately i'm not in college anymore :-)

so i'm looking for a cheaper alternative. any ideas?

Shared MLB.tv accounts are on eBay for like $30-$40 USD. It's not free, but better than paying the full price for a subscription.

I'm in the exact same boat, and cancelled for the first time since MLB.TV's inception. But with a shared account it'd still be worth it for me. Anyone still interested in setting up a group?

Didn't find anything on ebay either.

I'd be happy to split with some people, actually. I'm moving out and trying to avoid paying for cable, so between mlb.tv, netflix, and HBO, I should be good.

I don't know what the limit is... But I'm currently splitting with my roommate. If there is room for more, you guys can hop on

i found one on ebay for 40$ right after hawk said to check it out. works as advertised. no complaints.

I started the other thread after buying a shared account via slickdeals for something like $33.00, but in the future I'll try to go in with folks here. I had in the past been buying them early via eBay, for example I got mine last year in early April for just $22.00 or something like that on eBay. He must have been a Cardinals fan as his username was a Cardinals hotmail address and his password had to do with Ozzie Smith. But that was cool even though I hate the Cardinals I was an Ozzie fan myself back in the day.

Maybe next season I'll team up with Hawk if he has a spot open. :)

BTW, I also buy MILB.com accounts for minor league games. Anyone know if they can be shared the same way? Just a thought.

JFYI in case anyone here uses T-Mobile and/or wants to get MLB.tv free or very cheap.

Note: If you don't have T-mobile but still want this deal. The best method is likely to buy a pre-loaded T-mobile sim card via eBay, then once you get it and start your service you can get MLB.tv free. I buy pre-loaded sims every month on eBay already, usually various T-mobile MVNO's, to use for unlimited text and talk in my unlocked android smart phone. So I'd jump on this deal if I didn't already have an MLB.tv account.
