I have a theory that professional sports leagues order officials to keep big games close to keep up TV ratings. It makes monetary sense.

One of the takeaways from this series is that defensive positioning is really no joke. Don't know how many well-struck balls in traditional single territory have been turned into outs because infielders were perfectly positioned.
