Without a doubt all of that we know to be true but what happens if everything goes wrong next year that went right this year and you never again get a chance to be in this spot??
It probably wouldn’t have made a difference in this series if we had 3-4 good bench options instead of the 1 we are left with because of the injury but I guess I’m more concerned with our long term outlook when we are the 10th biggest market in baseball yet run like the 25th...I believe we will spend money next season when I see it.No doubt we have built a great foundation to compete with but as history has shown you have to add a couple key free agents or trades to win the whole thing and maximize your window to win.

Pitching this game has gave us a chance but wow this offense right now smh

Then the rebuild was a failure

And you literally just saw the team spend a combined 40 million on Gonzalez and Kazmir in 2018. So yeah I suspect that money is going to go to guys that will actually play in 2019.
 
It's a good thing Snitker is the type of manager the players would run through a wall for.

Because the team definitely looks like it ran into a wall and is walking in dizzy circles after the concussion.

The Braves payroll is exactly in line with their attendance and TV revenue.

This narrative that the Braves aren't spending because someone is being cheap is ignorant and tired.
