But you see, those will be the bad policies that they’re trying to kill the filibuster for, so it obviously won’t count.

As I stated before, I’m a bit agnostic on the filibuster, but I won’t change my opinion on it depending on who is trying to get rid of it or save it. I like the idea of it as a check on the majority, but worry about the efficacy of our Government’s ability to get anything done with the requirement.
