for impeachment is quite the strategy from republicans
 
The bribery is obvious but they should be impeaching for all of his illegal orders that the Supreme Court had to smack down
 
This “no evidence” angle is hysterical. But just like everything pushed by the left it’ll blow up in their faces over time and then they’ll pretend they never said it.

Speaker McCarthy admitted defeat and asked

@HouseDemocrats to put out the fire that

he and his party set in the first place.

The fight is over, for now. The American people prevailed.

stripped GOP’s earlier 30% cuts to Social Security admin etc, staved off

last minute anti-immigrant hijinks, and averted shutdown (for now).

People will get paychecks and MTG threw a tantrum on the way out.

To those worried about Ukraine funding: this deal does NOT cut off funding,
it just fails to keep pushing the funding further out. My understanding is
Ukraine funding can be extended in other ways.
Wait for the real story before flying off the handle.
Trust your side’s leaders.

Another day another coordinated uniparty effort to expel more populist voices.

Maybe they can levy more false sex trafficking allegations against gaetz.
 
The DoJ's decision not to prosecute does not mean there is not significant evidence that Gaetz trafficked a minor across state lines for the purposes of sex (something I would have thought certain posters around here might have found to be disturbing). The DoJ simply made the judgment that their main witness had issues that a defense team could credibly raise with a jury. In a case like that the outcome of the judicial process does not preclude sanctions of a different kind by voters and Congress.
