It's OVER 5,000!
He had the velocity back, hit 98 mph his worst outings but his command/control was off. But as long as he stays healthy he should be able to fix that.

Credit where it's due: the minor league camp had a major purge today, and the only one to report the names so far has been Mr. Shanks:
Cut were Todd Coffey, Jose Constanza, Greg Smith, Tyler Tewell, Blake Brown, Cody Livesay, Travis Mattair, Luis Merejo, Carlos Sanchez. Brown (5th round, 2012) just the latest stinkbomb of a high draft pick.
