Browns offer two 1st-round picks to Titans for No. 2 overall selection, where they would plan to take Marcus Mariota. (via @PatMcManamon)

I'm not sure if that will be enough for the Titans to make a move. We'll see though. Typically the day before the draft, you hear a lot of rumors.

Lot of rumblings about the Falcons trying hard to move up to 4 (the Raiders pick) to take either Williams or Fowler.

I have a feeling tomorrow is going to have A LOT of trades.

This would be the draft to move down and have multiple high round selections. If I am Tennessee I do that deal if Cleveland added maybe a second round pick.

Yep. The draft always starts with the second pick.

And as I say this...

@RapSheet: Its interesting. Rumors swirl that #Falcons may trade up for a pass-rusher. Most teams I talk to think they trade back & take an O-lineman

Home with a sick child and their draft simulator around 1230 was interesting as hell. The Browns have two picks but the area in which they pick is kind of a wasteland for their needs. Won't get white or cooper, won't get top flight OL, could be looking at Shelton, Peat, or Parker.

From Adam Schefter:

Here we go: Titans have gotten calls from multiple teams inquiring about what it will take to trade for 2nd overall pick, per league source.

Falcons should trade back. Unless trading up only costs them a 4, no reason to trade up. Falcons have too mnay holes.

If Cooper or White are available when Atlanta picks, I would love to trade up and nab one of them.

Not gonna happen, but I would love it.

Niners are picking at 15. If they give up their 1 and 2 yup.

At 15 they could take Gregory and with the Niners pick they could take Odighizuwa or someone like that.

I think moving up 7 spots and adding a second round pick is a steep price. A third round pick is more reasonable.

Tampa GM saying inquries about the number one pick are on the rise.

Neither QB should be picked first overall. Tampa would be wise to trade this pick away, but I doubt it happens.
