2018 Braves Spring Training Thread

I have reason to believe bowman is in the best shape of his life!
 
So...I realize this most likely WON’’T happen. What if Folty, Newcomb and Fried and Simms all seem to have taken the next step in spring training. What if one of Wisler and Blair (90% Blair), all the sudden is dealing. What if McCarthy is pitching as expected and to everyone’s surprise Kazmir has bounced back and is looking close to pre injury form.

What do we do?? I realize that’s like a 10% chance (at best) of happening, but it’s definitely not out of the realm of possibility.

I feel like this is the year this wave of pitchers either prove their salt or get passed by. If this were to happen, what a great problem, but what a mess. There would be too small a sample size to start trading guys, but what a log jam.

Young guys with options go down and destroy AAA. And AA licks his chops at the trade offers coming in.
 
I wouldn't be surprised if McCarthy is throwing the ball well in ST that he isn't traded. Fried needs to pitch. The minor leagues are irelevant right now for him IMO.
 
Considering the fact that 2018 is strictly a developmental year, if AA has offers for any or all of Teheran, Folty, McCarthy, Kazmir and Viz in ST he needs to take a long hard look at making the move.

Ender in camp and is faster than last year because of a different off season work out.

Acuna in camp and ready togo wearing New Balance shoes.

Hey, I'm not from the South. Except in a literal sense, as in below the equator south.
