There is also a rumor we offered him for Yelich but the Marlins insisted on Acuna.
 
It’s not us, though Crasnick just confirmed we were interested. Classic, Braves. Would have been a good pickup IMO.
 
Oakland has been confirmed as the team in agreement with the Mets. Still waiting on names. I don't expect it to be for much, so I'm sure people on here will be mad we didn't match the price.

I saw Mateo as one of the names on twitter rumored, but i'm not sure how true that is.

I didnt want Familia, he's jeckle/hyde, and Hand and Cimber for Mejia would have put a dent in our farm for that cost.

There's still a buttload of RP's out there for the Braves that they should be able to get at a reasonable cost.
 
When the situational LHPs start going to other teams we can start to get antsy.

AA will make additions, but they probably won’t sacrifice much future value. That is the correct course right now barring a scenario where he robs a team of a long term asset.

I think we'll make a serious offer for Britton, who is a bit more than a situational lefty...if we got him we would have more flexibility in terms of how we used Minter
