2018 Trade Deadline ROSTERBATION

Apparently we're scouting Sonny Gray. I'd definitely take a flier on him it the cost was low enough.

Also, the Rangers apparently are pretty far along on a Beltre trade (speculation is us) and Beltre has been asked to make a decision on his 10/5 rights. Latest reports are that he hasn't been approached with a trade.

Based on you psycho analyzing him from your couch?

No, based on several actual facts. First, if you read his comments you'd see that he said he'd be open to a trade to a winner if it made sense to him and the Rangers.

Second, he's 39 and won't have many more chances.

Third, Ron Washington is on our staff and Washington managed Beltre in Texas.

So, based on evidence I formed an opinion and stated it on a forum in which opinions about baseball are encouraged.

So piss off.

Would the Braves show interest in Twins thrower Kyle Gibson?? Gibson had back to back seasons with a 5.07 ERA prior to this year.

Gibson sports a 3.42 mark across 129 innings so far in 2018. He’s also struck out nearly a batter per inning and sports a healthy 46.2% ground ball rate, making him a fairly safe bet to continue his solid production moving forward.

Sources indicate the Marlins and Nationals remain in discussions in a trade for JT Realmuto. Execs from both teams together in Miami. Nats are now willing to part with Victor Robles for JT as @JonHeyman & @JoeFrisaro noted. (1/2)

This would be HUGE.

I think nothing comes of it after what they said Realmuto thinks of the young arms coming up for the Marlins (after spending time in the minors in the last month for some reason, maybe it was catching a minor league game while on paternity leave) during our broadcast earlier this week. The Fish need a face of the franchise.
