2018 Trade Deadline ROSTERBATION

I like the idea of buying low on gray.

But he’s only controlled for one more year and the arb 3 number will be high. He’s not good this year. He’s small.

Fried or gohara seems like a lot to give up for 1.4 years of gray. I’d want more.

Tampa is going to have a hard time filling out a rotation the rest of this season and at least the first half of next season.

An Archer deal would make sense if we can do something quantity based.

When beltre wasn't in lineup, I thought a deal was coming. Who you think balked? Think we trying archer/gray first?

that's pretty much an exact numeric representation of what I was saying.

And let's make one thing perfectly clear: in the world that I live in, it takes zero balls to make bold claims or bold statements in an anonymous message board dedicated to fan discussion. You have a terrible habit of mistaking silence in the service of civility and good manners as cowardice and/or confirmation of your own superiority. Your attitude is completely tiresome, and your combative nature in here is truly puzzling. I'm not gonna get into a childish sparring match with you, it's clear that we disagree on a lot of topics, so I'll be ignoring you now - even though you do have some good posts every now and then, it's not worth wading through the 50:1 ratio... so, later!

apologies to the board for playing a part in another thread derail. I thought I was in GDT commenting on this topic, meant to be... Chipper's speach was pretty awesome :)

I like this guy.

Jim Bowden on Sirius...

Said AA is heavily active in trying to get controllable assets. Every GM he's spoken to has said AA has negotiated with him about controllable assets. He believes we'll get one
