Who was it at the Scout site that had the "Don't do it JS, don't trade for Tex, don't overpay" signature? I hated that sig because it was a reminder of that deal.
 
I think Greene is decidedly second tier closer but it's an upgrade to the pen. I had come into the trade season hoping for one of the elites plus a middle reliever or two. I think the Braves have gotten two pretty good set up man, one of whom may well end up closing games.

Hopefully the Greene package isn't too painful.
 
Scared of what we gave up for Greene, he's been really good this year. But also due for regression.

But Luke cannot pitch the 9th anymore, i guess AA saw enough and said **** it.
 
Hopefully AA comes away with another trade before the deadline. He’s done a good job upgrading the bullpen. Was hoping for another good SP too.

Braves getting closer Shane Greene from Tigers, waiting to hear what’s going to Detroit in deal
 
AA for sure upgraded the pen, but we still need a SP which is a big need to me.

Hoping he has one last deal up his sleeve.
