Biden hopefully understands he holds the leverage when it comes to debates. He has zero reason to give any concessions to Trump. I think the one thing he should insist on is each persons mic is muted when its the other persons time to speak. Biden should be prepared to mock Trump properly when he starts throwing a temper tantrum. Something like "can we get the President's advisors out here, I think he needs a diaper change"

After claiming to have such a huge electoral win compared to Obama, to have him have one of the worst losses ever would be great for Don and Trumpism.

Biden is plenty competent, taking into account his experience as VP. He's just too old.

Biden is by far the candidate most likely to be too easy on the GOP in the aftermath of a landslide defeat. He's the candidate they most fear because he's the most centrist in the field of Dems and the one most likely to steal Rep votes in the election. He's the guy hardest for them to attack in the campaign and as Pres, but he's really the one all Reps should hope wins.

The GOP should feel happy it's him and not Bernie.
