Attorney General is the kind of job that should be filled by someone who isn't sharply partisan. One of the biggest goals that credibly accused creepy joe will have before him will be to lower the temperature on partisan conflict. It would send all sorts of wrong signals to appoint someone like Cuomo to the job.
