I still remember Hannity saying he agrees with Paul on everything but bringing the troops home. The media said Paul cant ein because Republicans wouldnt fall in line to support him. That's all aged like milk.

DNC cheating Bernie in 2016 is another reason
 
I agree, Bernie was the other side of the coin. A good bit of Paul supporters backed Bernie. I dont agree with his fiscal policy but I trusted Republicans to block that. The biggest factor in my support of Bernie was that he actively participated in the civil rights movement. People can say what they want about Dr. Paul but in the 80's at the height of the drug war he was fighting for the black Americans despite it being an extremely unpopular position. We need to vote for people who do the right thing regardless of the popularity of the position. Dr. Paul was fighting for black and poor people while Joe Biden was holding hands with Strom Thurman to create the disaster of a criminal justice system we have today. Joe Biden led the charge on allowing civil asset forfeiture.
