I agree Republucans wasted millions of dollars on the Benghazi stuff. Something like 30 hearings and Hillary amswering questions for 8 hours under oath from Republicans. Not only zero convictions but zero indictments. Now lets compare that to the Russia investigation which not only indicted but convicted numerous Trump allies. Manafort pled guilty to "conspiracy against the US" amongst other crimes. Roger Stone was convicted of lying about coordinating the release of stolen material with wikileaks to maximize the damage to Hillary Clinton. Steve Bannon testified under oath that Trump was aware of the coordination with wikileaks contradicting Trumps written statements to Mueller. There is also the issue of Manafort sharing valuable internal polling with a former KGB agent who fled to Russia before he could be questioned.

Unethical and Congressmen go hand in hand. Might as well not vote if you dont want to vote for an immoral person. Personally I would never vote for someone who wears a hijab.
