this graph summarizes the election pretty well...not much happening with the first two groups...90% of the voters will stick with the party they voted for last time (though note this means 3% more for the D's)...the third party voters are breaking marginally toward credibly accused creepy joe...the people who didn't vote last time (mostly young people, but also some immigrants and some people who sat out last time) are breaking more strongly toward credibly accused creepy joe

the polling average for this race is more stable than any recent presidential race...but then we have two guys with whom voters are very familiar...an incumbent president and a former vp who has been around forever...voters know them very well...nothing is gonna change this race...the results are baked...the margin of victory will be somewhere in the 6-10 point range...in terms of effects on down ballot races it will make a big difference whether the margin is closer to 6 points or closer to 10 points...that's what all the sturm und drang are about

If he had taken it seriously, there wouldn't now be 6,330,316 cases, with 189,733 deaths.

It looks like the loose coalition of Dems and anti-Trump patriots have planned to have a new scandal come out about 2 days between now and Nov 3rd.

looks like all those george floyd protests didn't lead to a stampede into the arms of very poorly chosen one...people are smart enough to see which candidate is trying to bring about reconciliation and dialogue, and which one is trying to pour gasoline on the fire
