It's not a matter of fraud. Statistically speaking. the best case scenario is a full swing for them. Not statistically impossible, just statistically improbable. Especially in a district where Boebert won it by 60K votes 2 years ago. For them this is a moral victory. They don't think the votes are there and would rather save that money for 2024.
