Not a comforting thought because once the campaign is won, the morons actually have to craft policy and make decisions. Hard to get enthusiastic about that scenario.

MTG is the first to craft a policy to stop mutilating our children.

I'd say she is doing just fine.

We have had several intelligent people craft policy that have absolutely crushed the working class.

I’d rather err on the side of intelligence.
 
Some have been smarter than others. I’m not running to the polling station to hand power over to folks like MTG, Dr. Oz, and Herschel Walker. At least Walker is smart enough to know he’s not smart, so he deserves some credit:

"I'm not that smart. He's a preacher. (Warnock) is smart and wears these nice suits. So, he is going to show up and embarrass me at the debate Oct. 14th, and I'm just waiting to show up and I will do my best," Walker told reporters.

It’s a problem. Politics by its nature is going to attract charlatans. One of the many reasons to support candidates who legitimately want smaller government and more personal freedom. The smaller the government, the less there is to screw up.
 
Thats ok - There are more of the unintelligent than the intelligent. Been that way since the start of mankind.

Doesn't give the intelligent the right to think they can dictate terms to the masses. Especially when that group of 'intelligent' (Not your kind Aces which I think is genuine) has destroyed the world.

Smaller the government the more abuse by the those with power.

The governments principle function is to protect the liberty of the individual.

Small in the sense of the scope of what they’re charged with doing, not small in the sense of let’s have a 5 man counsel ruling our lives.

Its a pie in sky / living in a vacuum world that doesn't exist and ignores the underlying issue with the world. Man is corrupt.

Your defense of MAGA this morning is “man is corrupt,” and rather than decentralize power and give it back to individuals, we instead must hand over power to admitted morons (who necessarily are also corrupt) because hey, we tried with the intelligent folks and that didn’t work out perfectly.

I can’t say I’m inspired.

It all comes down to this: We know democrat idiots will damage this country even further. MTG might be an idiot but what she stands for won't hurt us in the long run.

This is a key transition period in world history.

WHat we need now is not necessarily what we will need in the future.

Our world was corrupted and intentionally destroyed.
