Because she didnt incite a riot to murder the people. werifying the vote. Also feel the need to point out the Teflon Don has not been charged with a single crime related to the election. So you can cry all you want but until charges are filed you have no leg to stand on.

It's not one statement. It's a series of statements and actions and non actions. You want to boil it all down to one statement and then equate the President saying it to a crazy homeless person saying it. If you want to claim Trump is so dumb that he disnt know he was causing the Jan 6 riot I can accept that. His tweet saying this is what happens when you have a rigged and stolen election during the riot tells me this was exactly what he wanted to happen.



Maybe you can explain to me why groups like the Oath Keepers were stashing guns waiting for the order from Trump. Why did a lot of these people say they thought they were following Trumps orders? Why did they believe the police were going to be on their side and help them? Why did these people think they would get pardons from Trump? How is it thousands of people all came to the same conclusion that the President of the US ordered them to stop the certification?

Its not about one statement or sentence. A person can run around telling people to overthrow the government and it's not inciting an insurection. Trump spent months gaslighting these people to believe the election was stolen starting before even 1 vote was cast. Trump asked his supporters to be there. He lied to them that he could still be President of they fought for him. If he just told his people the election is over " we still think they stole it from us, but while I will never concede we must continue the tradition of a peaceful transfer of power." BEFORE the riot nothing woild have happened. Inciting insurrection has an high bar to pass, as it should. If they can prove he sabotaged the defense in any way I think they have a good case against him. That's the element that I think ties it all together.
