Elder on bump

Talking on radio about the shift going away next year. I still really want to know how that will be defined. Seems like some shifting will still have to be allowed, just not as dramatic as it has become.

Probably 2 defenders on each side of 2B and no IFers on the OF grass except for times when they legit want 4 OFers.

It might be interesting to see IFers shift mid-pitch to get to the optimum spot though. Sort of like pre-snap motion in the NFL.

So I suppose Elder is our new ace?

Spending any resources on a starting pitcher is a massive mistake.

We could easily piggyback the 4/5 spots with quality arms.

Waters was banged up a bunch last year and hte year prior was COVID year. Some bloom is off the rose but I'm very excited to see what he could do this year.
