It is usually not even followed up on and rarely audited. California does a great job with this. Ineffective aid! Look at how much we spend!
I am not advocating we should do that. I am saying if the choice was continue to spend 150+ million to support illegal immigrants in America with open borders or give the same money to the countries they come from and have next to zero illegal immigrants here, I am confident voters would choose the latter.

Odd, no mention on these (R) pages of how the (R) candidate did not address
one question but spoke (ad nauseum
) as if giving a rally diatribe.
It has been established, the Speaker of the House does not direct the National Guard.
"The Capitol Police Board makes the decision on whether to call National Guard troops to the Capitol. It is made up of the House Sergeant at Arms, the Senate Sergeant at Arms and the Architect of the Capitol. The board decided not to call the guard ahead of the insurrection but did eventually request assistance after the rioting had already begun, and the troops arrived several hours later.
The House Sergeant at Arms reported to Pelosi and the Senate Sergeant at Arms reported to McConnell. There is no evidence that either Pelosi or McConnell directed the security officials not to call the guard beforehand."
