I'm actually shocked this is a real question you're asking which is why I've hesitated to answer.
My answer is NO Trump does not believe Hillary is a beautiful woman and meant it as a sarcastic comment so the audience infers he meant the exact opposite of the adjective he said not only physically but from a personality perspective. You can confirm this with the context of the statement as well as his voice inflections. You know things a reasonable person does.

Oh I'm aware the recent historical polling has a wide gap between the two. I believe that gap will not be there for much longer.

I think Trump believes that DeSantis owes him for becoming the governor of Florida. Vivek doesn't owe him anything in Trump's mind.

Why was Trumps endorsement so critical for RDS but so useless for people like Lake, Oz, Walker etc
I think Vivek has a fresh message that diverts from many core GOP principles. RDS is a strong governor who feels mostly like a normal republican but better.
You know why. Even if you don't believe in election fraud the left is effing with our elections with censorship and lies. We lost a lot of House races too that we were predicted to win. That's not Trump's fault.
