There are a couple things... RDS is actually smart. He will use ever legal tactical advantage he can in every single state. He is on record explaining how each state election rules are different, so his teams will be dedicated to understanding how they can exploit them to the fullest extent... for example - funding a massive ballot harvesting campaign in Nevada, whereas Trump said he already won Nevada twice so no need to make any adjustments.
Secondly, RDS can actually build coalitions... Brian Kemp doesn't despise him so he is likely to turn GA back red. Glenn Younkin doesn't despise him so he may be able to turn VA back red. etc etc... Trump build no coalitions... he has few allies remaining
What I know about Trump is he is adamant that he does not need to make any changes because he has already won. And the $250M he raised to impact election integrity has been lit on fire.
Are you clear on what the courts ruled? If so, how would Desantis and his team get past that? Just saying RDS is smart and is talking about how states setup their elections (as if this is a new discovery) doesn't answer the question.
When the courts say he has no standing before the election and then afterwards throw out cases not on the merit but procedural issues that don't actually speak to the facts of the case what is the response? How about the fact that a proper dispute of an election would take well over a year to follow through on and the elections are 'cemented' on a few months after?
