Well the rare earth deposits come from Africa but the refinement happens in Vietnam, Korea, Thailand, etc.

You still dont get that politicians pander to idiots. Thats how they get elected. RDS supported Trump when he was President. Trump is not an incumbent. RDS is under no obligation to not run because it hurts Dear Leaders feelings. Trump has effectively rigged the primary by making critcizing Trump off limits meanwhile Trump can just make up whatever BS about anyone he wants without the same kind of backlash. We are talking about a person so dumb that he pimps his primary wins when he was the incumbent as a huge accomplishment.

And over time that will be moved to put pressure on the CCP and any of their vassals pass throughs in SE Asia.

Again, your dismissal is based on efficiencies and that isn’t the ultimate goal of these imperative policy positions.
