2024 Field

If you can't tell the difference the 2 scenarios and also how Biden's policy quite clearly makes scenarios like this far more likely, then you are too far gone.

Honestly I don't know why I wasted the bandwidth typing this up since you already don't believe we have a border crisis anyways.

Obviously more immigrants we have the more crime immigrants will commit in total. I just object to holding the crimes of some against all of them. If there were no police murders by police wouldn't exist. If we had no Catholic Priests no Catholic Priests would rape kids.

And for your reference, when I say there's no "crisis" I say the crisis is that we give them welfare. Stop the welfare and there's no crisis.

If anyone seriously wants the GOP to contend in future elections they should WANT TRUMP as the president.

If you want to continue to just be a grievance party that is continually marginalized by demographics then by all means try to support someone else.

A grievance party? Trump is nothing but petty grievances. Anyone says anything slightly critical of him and he enters into a blood feud with them over it.

Why do you consistently pretend that the GOP at that time is the GOP of today and the eGOP of that day supported building the wall? ****, John ****ING McCain was the deciding vote on not ending Obamacare.

I wish you weren't so disingenuous with your Trump criticism. There is enough legitimate things to criticize him on. Not the fact that the GOP is a ****ing useless party.

Trump had veto power.

He signed the omnibus without the border funding and promised he would never do it again.

Then he did it 3 more times.

All he had to do was veto the bill and demand the wall. He didn't try

1. You didnt watch the video

2. It was refreshing to see Moscow Mitch be able to talk coherently for 2 minutes without pausing after every 3 words.

3. I dont think you have to sell us on voter fraud. We believe Republicans do plenty of it.

I get it - You think the GOP was this awesome party and Trump couldn't even get a great GOP party to sign his legistlation.

It is what it is. The GOP was trash. Its always been trash. Discounting that kind of shows your hand.

I hope things change and the awakening of hte people will force this more than anything.

I don't disagree that the GOP was useless. But trunp put no pressure on them and he continued to sign what the put in front of them.

I don't even get why this is controversial. He got elected on the immigration stance. He had a major majority. He chose not to take advantage.

At the very least, call their bluff a few times and force them to admit to the public they refuse to stop anything. But he applied zero pressure and thus failed to get the wall. Why will it be different this time, as he campaigned s with Lindsey Graham?

I'm aware that Trump had many failings - One of which was to trust the fact that the party he won a presidency for (and excellent down ballot victories making the party more relevantt to younger generations and minorities) would actually enact his key policy measures after he gave them a massive win on tax reform. Alas, he was naive to think that the chamber of commerce types ever wanted to stem the tide of cheap labor to come into the country.

But the fact that you throw this at the feet of him with a small "well yeah the GOP is trash" is just unfortunate.

We all know Trump made many mistakes. That will happen when an outsider comes in and all the insiders do whatever it takes to stop their schemes from being revealed. I mean **** - McCain not only stopped OBamacare from being thrown out but he initiated the Dossier against Trump. How you can just trash Trump all the time without understanding it was really the GOP is just absurd to me.

Its called the long game - Especially when you consider how he has opened the tent to younger voters and minorities Trump will go down as the man that saved the GOP as a nationally relevant party.

Bc Trump failed to do anything about it. He got railroaded with the first omnibus, signed it, and said that was the last time he will ever do that.

Bit then he did it 3 more times. Not ever vetting anything.

At some point that failure is shared

Idk why the Jill Stein tweet isn’t embedding, but here’s her thoughts:

@DrJillStein
Rest in power Aaron Bushnell.

“I will no longer be complicit in genocide. Free Palestine!”

May his sacrifice deepen our commitment to stop genocide now.

Are the trying to out-idiot each other?

Trump advisor Stephen Miller tells Fox that Republicans are

in trouble because a “specific demographic” called “female voters”

are voting for their rights

.......

And it's still February

..............

Trump: Whether it's a water faucet that doesn't put out water,

or a shower that no water, or a washing machine where you can

be in the middle of the greatest waterfall, you know, you have

states that can't get rid of their water, washing machines,

they don't give enough water

No one is doing that. This is a byproduct of the larger issue. And unfortunately you will likely see scenarios like this increase.

Going to get worse and worse and it will drive republicans into sweeping victories in November. Then it will be amusing to see all the leftist takes here when real border reform is out to a vote.
