Keeps growing and growing - the trend that is.

That Susquehanna PA poll seems ages ago now

When trump and republicans secure a massive victory the narrative will 100% be anyone could have beaten Biden. I telegraphed this a year ago. Another convenient way to heads trumps sucks and tails trumps sucks too.

we disagree on Social Security

The name says it all.
Millions upon millions of people have , do and will need the security we all chip into
which personally I have always been more than happy to contribute my share.
All the while investing in my future as well.
Not every American is/was as fortunate as me and mine
to be able to have those options.

Perhaps your issue is how it has been managed.
Look no further than policies implemented during the 1980s.
Or go back if you will to the Herbert Hoovers
who had issues due to political expedience.

The recent border kerfluffle reminds me of SS politics of the 1930s

It could arguably use some evolution. But like everything else dealing with conservative (R)
" either do it our way or else ..."
and the " or else" is an impediment

Social Security has always been a failing program, especially as the average life span has increased over the last 90 years since it's implementation. The majority of Americans in the 30's and 40's when this was implemented were dying before they were even able to draw from social security. Now, the average life span is 79 years old, which means the average American draws for around 15 years.

The policies of the 80's had nothing to do with this.

“It could arguably use some evolution” goes in the pantheon of all time understatements

Trump needs to be up 10 if he wants to win PA and even then he might not.

Another great example - How many votes were changed because of this lie?

It's a good question. I too wonder how many votes in the primary were changed by the incessant lies about RDS being controlled by Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan, being a globalist sellout who sold his soul for a book deal, and will for sure abandon Republican voters if elected in favor of Ukraine

You can't fix stupid people... have to overcome it somehow. The media is not gonna stop lying this cycle

Keep pretending that RDS ever had even a .000001% chance. The Republican party is now Trumps party. RDS was pushed to run to damage Trump in the GE and for no other reason.

The lies were ratcheted up to such a level because of the threat Trump posed and you are well aware of that.

No - The media is not going to stop lying but because they had to lie to such an extreme ridiculous level more and more people are realizing they are just agents of the globliasts and it will not work anymore.

You can say thank you to Trump for that one.

I think RDS ran because he was the most effective and electorally strong Republican governor in the country. He saw Trump was old and had legal issues abound, and felt he'd be the better option to execute the MAGA agenda after Trump failed so miserably the first time. He also ran because people like you, poso, cerno, etc were all calling for him to run in 2022.

But he lost so it is what it is

He did lose and hurt his future prospects as a result.

Thats what happens when you listen to the never trump brigade. Poor judgement if you ask me.

Georgia turning redder by the moment with the Athens mayor speaking to 2019 rhetoric as the reasoning behind the "sanctuary city" designation.

Just so tone deaf. Read the room bro.

They may pitchfork this mofo outta there before the weeks over.

In the last couple of years Ohio/Florida have went from Purple to dark red.

GA going the same way and we are reversing trends in Texas while states like Jersey/NY are getting less blue (jersey particularly might go red this cycle).

It's all about ignoring the extremes on abortion and understanding that the economics of the 1990 Rebublicans don't work in the modern day. Trump understands these things which is why he is appealing to a massive amount of I's and moderate Dems.

But thethe also wanted him to run

Once Trump decided he wasn't going to go away quietly and enjoy the rest of his life and realized that he had the best chance of winning a general he didn't - I'm sorry that I read the room better than you did.

reading the room by jumping behind the overwhelming favorite is good, I guess?

for the record I think Dean Phillips would be a way better President than Joe Biden, and I also think Joe Biden will win the nomination

If the goal is to win so we can stop the communists then yes the OVERWHELMING favorite and only shot we have at a general is who you should support. I don't make the rules. You can stand by principles while being thrown in a gulag if that makes you feel better?

the multi-decade leftist strategy of keeping women single and miserable has been enormously effective political strategy
