I've consistently been on record stating I support merit based immigration.

Therefore, I support high skilled labor to come into this country. Especially so we can be the pre-eminent force in emerging technologies.

What we can't have as a country is opening the doors to the third world ****holes that give us their criminals and no skill laborers to just suck on the teet of the productive.
