If you want to actually prove that then have an actual fair trial. Get him on something that is real. What we've seen are one-sided clown shows that won't hold water when they hit the appeals. This is all to drain his money and make it hard to campaign.

Settlements aren't necessarily a sign of pleading guilty. If the other side agrees to the settlement that usually means they had a fear of losing as well.

Trump made a mistake and let Trump University run itself. Unfortunately, some people took advantage of the situation.
 
Trump doesn't strike me as the kind of guy to settle unless forced to. He was also caught violating money laundering rules on his casino having Daddy bring in 3 million dollars to keep his casino afloat.
